By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Our products

​

All Terra·Sapo soaps are handmade in small batches using the hot process method. Because they are handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, and weight are natural and expected. They are not defects.

​

Our products are cosmetic items intended for external use only. Please read the full ingredient list before purchasing if you have known allergies or sensitivities. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.

Orders and payment

​

All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. We process all payments securely via Wix.

Shipping

​

We dispatch all orders within 3 days of purchase via Royal Mail. Shipping is free for all UK orders. International orders are shipped at a flat rate of £35 worldwide. Delivery times after dispatch depend on Royal Mail and we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

​

Due to the handmade and cosmetic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will make it right.

We comply fully with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
