Every Terra·Sapo order is packed with care and dispatched within 3 days of purchase. We ship via Royal Mail.

UK shipping

Shipping is free on all UK orders. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days via Royal Mail.

International shipping

We ship worldwide at a flat rate of £35 per order. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 7 to 14 working days once dispatched. Please note that import duties or customs charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dispatch times

All orders are dispatched within 3 days of payment being received via PayPal. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delays and lost parcels

Once your order leaves our hands, delivery timelines are managed by Royal Mail. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your parcel appears lost, contact us at contact@findyourzenstudio.com and we will do our best to help.
