What we collect

We collect your name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter or waitlist.  We collect your shipping address, email, and order details when you place an order.  We may collect skin profile information if you complete our Skin Ritual intake form. This is always voluntary and used only to personalise your experience.

How we use your information

We use your details to process and fulfil your orders, to send you transactional emails about your purchase, to send you our newsletter and email sequence if you opted in, and to personalise your experience with us where relevant.

We do not sell your data.  We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (for example, a shipping provider) or to process payment securely via Wix.
